You get one point of contact and consistent reporting across all three.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and work within roughly 50 miles of Peterborough — including Stamford, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Spalding, Kettering, Corby, Grantham, Bedford, Milton Keynes, King's Lynn and Leicester.
Do you work with both commercial and domestic clients?
Yes. Veris Electrical and Veris Mechanical serve homeowners as well as landlords, managing agents, schools, industrial units and offices. Veris Fire works predominantly with responsible persons for commercial, HMO and residential blocks.
Can one project use more than one division?
Frequently. A single site might need a fire risk assessment, remedial electrical works from the resulting action plan and emergency lighting testing. We coordinate it as one programme rather than three separate suppliers.
How quickly can you attend?
Survey and quotation visits are usually booked within a week. Contract clients have reactive cover, and urgent compliance work — failed emergency lighting, a defective alarm panel, a heating breakdown — is prioritised.
